This Letter of Intent (LoI) manifests interest in using SPES radioactive beams. The physics case is similar to the LoI already presented by other italian groups which we refer to. This fact indicates the relevance of the subject and asks for the development of several SPES beams, which would allow a more detailed study of this physics thanks to the di-erent detectors and techniques employied.
